Gently heated for soothing application the Rose blend Aromatherapy Associates massage oil is safely formulated to be used during pregnancy to nourish and care for your skin.
Please note: You must be at least 13 weeks pregnant to enjoy one of our pregnancy treatments. Upon booking you must let us know if you are high risk/low risk and how many weeks pregnant you will be at the appointment. If you are having a high-risk pregnancy, you will be required to provide a signed note from your care provider.

Feel nurtured and supported in a time of constant change. Using the traditional aromatherapy pressure point massage for the upper back and paying particular attention to tight shoulders, this massage helps to relieve stress and tension. The legs are massaged to ease the heavy feeling that can come with pregnancy and a full scalp and facial massage completes this top to toe treatment.

Entering treatment with a soothing foot soak and scrub, tired legs will instantly feel uplifted. Continuing with a full body massage using the healing benefits of rose oil to balance hormones, calm emotions and rejuvenate the skin.
The whole ritual combines steamed towels, warmed oils and creams along with techniques designed to improve lymphatic drainage and help reduce swelling and discomfort.
A refreshing foot mask soothes tired feet, a facial treatment enhances your pregnancy glow and an optional warming mask to bump completes the ritual.

Carried out side by side in our tranquil dual treatment room your ritual begins with heated steamed towels to your back before a gentle olive grain exfoliation, application of your aromatherapy massage oil and customised back massage.
A detoxifying or hydrating mask is applied to your back or bump before a leg massage and steamed towels with drenching lotion to the feet.
